In short: Backline does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to any server. Everything you create stays on your device.
Who we are
Backline is published by Jazz Games (Jazz Yazılım Anonim Şirketi), Türkiye (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Backline apps for Mac, iPad and iPhone and this website.
Data we collect
None. Backline does not collect personal data, usage data, diagnostics, identifiers or location, and does not use third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising or crash reporting.
Data stored on your device
To work, the app stores the following only on your device, inside the app’s own storage:
- Your projects: songs, set lists, mixer settings, outputs and automation.
- Audio files you import (copied into the project folder).
- Preferences such as the selected audio interface and whether it is locked.
We have no access to this data. It is removed when you delete the app or the project. If your device backs up app data (for example to iCloud), that backup is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.
Device features the app uses
- Audio output devices — to play audio to the interface you choose.
- MIDI — to receive messages from controllers you connect, if you assign MIDI triggers. Messages are processed on the device and never stored or sent anywhere.
- Speech synthesis — spoken song names are generated on the device by the operating system.
- Files — only the files and folders you choose to import.
Backline does not use the microphone, camera, contacts, photos or location.
App Store
Apple processes purchase and download information under its own privacy policy. If you have agreed to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, number of installs). We cannot identify you from them.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. It is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting; like any web server, the host processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the service. If you email us, we use your message only to answer you.
Children
Backline does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. Your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR are unaffected.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. We will not start collecting data without changing this policy first.

Cihazında saklanan veriler
Uygulama çalışabilmek için aşağıdakileri yalnızca cihazında, kendi depolama alanında tutar:
- Projelerin: şarkılar, set listeleri, mikser ayarları, çıkışlar ve otomasyon.
- İçe aktardığın ses dosyaları (proje klasörüne kopyalanır).
- Seçili ses kartı ve kilit durumu gibi tercihler.
Bu verilere erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamayı ya da projeyi sildiğinde kaldırılırlar. Cihazın uygulama verilerini yedekliyorsa (örneğin iCloud’a), bu yedek Apple’ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Uygulamanın kullandığı cihaz özellikleri
- Ses çıkış cihazları — seçtiğin ses kartından ses çalmak için.
- MIDI — MIDI tetikleyici atadıysan bağladığın kontrolcülerden mesaj almak için. Mesajlar cihazda işlenir, saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- Konuşma sentezi — sesli şarkı adları işletim sistemi tarafından cihazda üretilir.
- Dosyalar — yalnızca içe aktarmayı seçtiğin dosya ve klasörler.
Backline mikrofon, kamera, kişiler, fotoğraflar ya da konum kullanmaz.
App Store
Satın alma ve indirme bilgileri Apple tarafından kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir. Cihaz ayarlarında geliştiricilerle analiz paylaşımını kabul ettiysen Apple bize toplu ve anonim istatistikler (örneğin yükleme sayısı) sağlayabilir. Bunlardan seni tanımamız mümkün değildir.
Bu web sitesi
Bu site çerez, analitik ya da takip betiği kullanmaz. Google Firebase Hosting’de barındırılır; her web sunucusu gibi barındırıcı da sayfaları sunmak ve hizmeti korumak için teknik istek verilerini (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü gibi) işler. Bize e-posta gönderirsen mesajını yalnızca yanıt vermek için kullanırız.
Çocuklar
Backline, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden veri toplamaz.
Hakların
Hakkında kişisel veri tutmadığımız için erişilecek, düzeltilecek ya da silinecek bir veri yoktur. Bize e-posta ile ulaştıysan bu yazışmanın silinmesini her zaman isteyebilirsin. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB GDPR kapsamındaki hakların saklıdır.
