Quick fixes
I don’t hear anything
Open Settings → Outputs and check that each output is mapped to channels your interface actually has, and that your interface is selected as the output device. On iPad and iPhone, connect the interface before opening Backline.
The click or the cue is in the wrong place
Click and Cue are outputs like any other: in Settings → Outputs, choose the channels that feed your in-ear mix. They never go to the main outputs.
Songs start late or drift
They shouldn’t — stems and click share one sample clock. If a song seems late, check its count-in bars and the song’s tempo; tempo is read from the file name or WAV metadata and can be changed per song.
My interface disconnected
Reconnect it. Backline detects the device and resumes on the same interface. On Mac you can lock the interface (lock icon in the top bar) so no other app can take it over.
A MIDI pedal doesn’t start the song
Open the song’s ⋯ menu, choose “Learn MIDI” and press the pedal once. Note, CC and program change messages are supported.
How do I rehearse a section?
Turn on REHEARSAL in the top bar and tap a section in the song. Backline counts in before the section. Rehearsal mode does not change how songs play in the show.
Can I see the walkthrough again?
Yes — Settings → Show introduction.

Ayarlar → Çıkışlar’ı aç; her çıkışın ses kartında gerçekten bulunan kanallara atandığını ve ses kartının çıkış cihazı olarak seçili olduğunu kontrol et. iPad ve iPhone’da ses kartını Backline’ı açmadan önce bağla.
Click ya da cue yanlış yerden geliyor
Click ve Cue de diğerleri gibi birer çıkış: Ayarlar → Çıkışlar’da kulak içi miksini besleyen kanalları seç. Ana çıkışlara asla gitmezler.
Şarkılar geç başlıyor ya da kayıyor
Kaymamalı — stem’ler ve click aynı örnek saatini paylaşır. Bir şarkı geç başlıyor gibiyse count-in ölçü sayısını ve tempoyu kontrol et; tempo dosya adından ya da WAV bilgisinden okunur ve şarkı başına değiştirilebilir.
Ses kartının bağlantısı koptu
Yeniden bağla. Backline cihazı algılar ve aynı ses kartında devam eder. Mac’te başka bir uygulama ele geçirmesin diye ses kartını kilitleyebilirsin (üst çubuktaki kilit simgesi).
MIDI pedal şarkıyı başlatmıyor
Şarkının ⋯ menüsünden “MIDI öğren”i seç ve pedala bir kez bas. Nota, CC ve program change mesajları desteklenir.
Bir bölümü nasıl prova ederim?
Üst çubukta PROVA’yı aç ve şarkıdaki bir bölüme dokun. Backline bölümden önce count-in sayar. Prova modu, şarkıların gösteride nasıl çaldığını değiştirmez.
